So, what was really up with the televised feed of Rep. Bachmann's State of the Union response?
Our sources tell us that CNN had originally agreed to use the live feed set up by Tea Party Express, which had a teleprompter running on the lens in which Rep. Bachmann was delivering her speech. But, when Rep. Bachmann left the camera set-up and sat in the House chamber to hear Pres. Obama's speech, CNN set up a camera of their own, just off to the side of the main, tele-prompter/camera. Thus, when CNN provided their network feed it ended up skewed and off-kilter.

New details are emerging about Loughner as a law enforcement memo based on information provided by the Department of Homeland Security was obtained by Fox News

The memo also includes information about the suspect's mother, who works for the Pima County Board of Supervisors and notes that Loughner has multiple arrests but no criminal record.
(The Board of Supervisors is in charge of the Sheriff Dept's Budget in most counties)
Several arrests and no criminal record? How does one pull that off? Especially when the whole town knows you're a nut. Unless your mom works for the Board of Supervisors and can pull favor with the Sheriff....

Philippine police investigating the New Year’s Eve shooting death of a local councilman did not have to look further than the last photograph the victim took. That photo led to the arrest of two suspects.
The picture, taken outside the councilman’s house in metropolitan Manila, clearly shows a man aiming his gun from behind the victim’s smiling three-member family, seconds before he was shot.
