I must have missed the part of the Constitution where it's says the Federal Government can REQUIRE it's citizens to purchase insurance or join the "public option" under the threat of a fine or jail time. Stop and think about that.
If this bill passes, millions of people who CHOOSE not to buy insurance would be in violation of the law. Thus making them criminals.
How are they going to enforce this? I guess they'll have to create some sweet new govt. jobs. Department of Health Enforcement maybe?
