Mattera should get his congressman to apply for stimulus money to have his books subsidized, or given to inner-city school districts for free distribution to students.

How about because on our own, we'd rather let people just die. It should be our personal responsiblity to help people in need. And FYI everyone gets sick, not just old people. When we examine the fact that America has a lower infant mortality rate than Cuba and China we should ask ourselves don't we have any personal responsiblity in this country to fix this?
